Ken Freedman
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Freedman is responsible for managing all aspects of MediaSpan sales and marketing activities for the Publishing industry including domestic, international and sales administration.

Ken has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and executive management within the digital asset management systems, network hardware and software and imaging solution markets. In addition, Freedman has direct publishing experience as a newspaper publisher and as a classified sales manager. Before being appointed Vice President, he was Director of Northeast Sales for MediaSpan.

Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Massachusetts.

Tom Henry
Vice President of Product Development

Mr. Henry is responsible for the product management, software development and strategic direction of all of the MediaSpan Software products and oversees a team of product managers, software engineers, quality assurance and documentation specialists in MediaSpan’s Ann Arbor and Melbourne facilities.
Tom joined MediaSpan in 2007, leading the Strategic Initiatives team.  In this role, Tom provided technical guidance on numerous internal and external development projects.  He has been responsible for providing the projects with overall technical direction, translating business objectives to technical objectives, communication to the engineering staff, managing technical engineers, and has extensive experience in several coding languages.
Mr. Henry has more than 20 years experience in software development and IT.  Prior to joining MediaSpan, Tom worked at a web development firm that specialized in e-commerce, working with a number of Fortune 500 customers (1800flowers, Brookstone, Kmart, Whirlpool) on the technical design, development and support of their sites and Content Management Systems.

Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Information Systems.

Carla Green
Vice President of Customer Services

Ms. Green is responsible for managing the operations of the MediaSpan Media Software Customer Services team.  The Customer Services team is responsible for program management, installation, training, and technical support services for the business unit’s nearly 3,000 customers worldwide. 

Carla joined Harris & Baseview in 1986.  At Harris & Baseview, she was instrumental in creating the multi-million dollar Software Support & Services program.  Additionally, Carla was actively involved in building the Software Quality Assurance program.  Her 20-year career in the software publishing industry includes positions of increasing responsibility in software installation, training, technical support and program management.

Carla received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and Business Administration from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.
