Dan Roberts
President

Mr. Roberts is responsible for managing all aspects of MediaSpan’s Media Software business unit.  Prior to assuming his current role of President, Dan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the MediaSpan Media Software business unit and MediaSpan Corporate Controller/Treasurer. Dan actively facilitated the creation of MediaSpan by helping orchestrate the purchase of Harris & Baseview in 2001.

Prior to 2001, Dan held senior management positions with Harris Publishing Systems and Harris Corporation including Controller of International Operations and Controller of Technical Services.

Previously, Dan worked for Ernst & Young LLP in Orlando, Florida where he served a variety of high- technology clients and was Corporate Controller of Datamax Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer of bar code printers.

Dan received a Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Central Florida.  Dan is also a Certified Public Accountant.
